Computer Integrated Systems for Orchard Trade

A graded lot starts PICK

ShaanXi ChunMei XuChuan Trading Co., Ltd. operates a working orchard buying and grading desk at No 17 Group 1, Wangche Village, Zhouling Subdistrict, Qinyang Xincheng, Xixian New Area, XiAn City - 710000, China (CN). Every crate that leaves the bench carries a purchase sheet, a grade card and a lot note that travel together from the tree to the packing sitting. The desk pairs experienced orchard hands with a disciplined computer integrated systems layer, so weight, grade and timing stay on one record instead of three notebooks. A buying desk built on the orchard floor, not behind a locked door

The work of ShaanXi ChunMei XuChuan Trading Co., Ltd. begins where the crop is still warm from the branch. Our buyers walk the rows at Zhouling Subdistrict and around Qinyang Xincheng with a printed sheet in hand, not a tablet that needs a signal. The sheet is simple on purpose: field name, block letter, pick date, crate count, estimated weight and a place for a quick visual grade. That sheet is the first record in a chain that ends with a sealed crate stack ready for the road.

Behind the paper sits a discreet computer integrated systems layer that we designed with our own engineers. It does not replace the orchard hand. It captures what the hand writes, links it to a lot number, and keeps a clean trail so a buyer in another province can ask about a specific crate and receive an answer drawn from real records rather than memory.

Why a trade desk and a systems desk live under one roof

Trading firms in this sector often split buying from recordkeeping, and that split is where losses hide. A grade card that says one thing at the orchard and another at the packing house becomes a dispute two weeks later. We keep the two functions together. The same team that signs a purchase sheet also maintains the grade card library and the lot note archive, which means the number a customer reads is the number our buyer wrote in the row.

Because our integrated systems practice grew out of our own trading needs, we understand the small frictions that make orchard software fail: gloves that cannot use a touchscreen, sunlight that washes out a screen, and a season window that will not wait for a database migration. Every tool we run is tested on the bench before it touches a lot.

Six purchase sheets on the orchard rail

The rail below is our working index. Each sheet is a service, clipped in the order the season touches it, and each one carries a lot-mark so our desk can trace a crate back to the sitting that approved it.

Purchase Sheet Bays

A purchase sheet bay is the pigeonhole where a field sheet lives until its lot closes. Our buyers file the first sheet before the first crate is weighed.

The bay keeps every revision together, so a later buyer can see what the row looked like on the day it was priced.

R R

Grade Card Runs

A grade card run is a timed pass over a sample tray, where size, colour and firmness are read against a written card and recorded by hand.

Runs repeat at set intervals so that drift in a field is caught early, not after the packing sitting has begun.

T T

Lot Note Desks

The lot note desk writes the story of a crate group: where it was picked, who graded it, how it was cooled and where it was sealed.

Notes are concise but complete, and they are the first thing we open when a customer asks why a delivery leaned one way or another.

C C

Season Windows

Season windows are the calendar blocks when a field is at its best and the road out of Zhouling Subdistrict can carry produce without delay.

We publish them to growers and buyers so that picks are promised only when the bench and the cold room agree the timing.

Orchard Review Rounds

A review round is a second walk through a field before a further pick is promised. It tests the branch load and the stored crop behind the leaf.

Review rounds protect the grower as much as the buyer, because a field that is not ready is not forced into the crates.

S S

Packing Sittings

A packing sitting is a single timed session where the graded produce is weighed, lined and sealed under one recorder, so the crate stack closes clean.

Sittings end with a signed sheet and a lot note, which together become the customer record for that delivery.

How the sheets talk to each other. A purchase sheet can only be closed when its grade card run is signed, and a grade card run can only be signed when the lot note desk has opened a file. This order is not bureaucracy. It is the reason ShaanXi ChunMei XuChuan Trading Co., Ltd. can answer a question about one crate weeks after the row has been pruned.

How a season moves through the Xixian desk

Our year is divided into season windows rather than marketing campaigns. A window opens when a field in the Zhouling Subdistrict reaches its written grade card threshold and closes when the road schedule and the cold room can no longer keep pace. Between windows the desk does not sit idle: review rounds walk the rows, grade cards are re-read against samples, and lot notes are reconciled with the packing sittings that closed at the end of the previous window.

Because we are a computer integrated systems design practice as well as a trading house, we built the window board ourselves. It shows what is promised, what is picked, what is packed and what is still on the branch. A buyer who calls the desk receives a plain answer in plain language, drawn from the same board the buyers read.

Packing sittings and the discipline of a closed crate

A crate that leaves the bench without a signed sitting is not a crate we will guarantee. The recorder signs only after weight, grade and liner are checked together, and only after the lot note desk has confirmed the file is open. This discipline costs us a few minutes per sitting and saves us days of argument later.

When a customer asks what makes our orchard desk different, we point to the crate stack footer of this page and then to the papers inside the crates. The stamp, the liner and the lot note are the product. The crop is the reason they exist.

ShaanXi ChunMei XuChuan Trading Co., Ltd. opens its packing window from the Xixian orchard desk, and every crate that closes during the window leaves with a purchase sheet, a grade card and a lot note bound to one lot number.

Computer integrated systems for a working orchard trade

Our industry sits inside computer systems design and related services, and that is not a label we borrowed for the website. The integrated systems we build for our own desk are the same discipline we offer to growers and packing houses who ask us to help. We study how a row is walked, how a tray is graded, how a crate is sealed, and then we build the smallest system that keeps the paper honest.

Records that survive a lost phone and a wet notebook

Orchard records fail in ordinary ways. A phone is dropped in a bucket, a notebook is soaked by a cold room leak, a buyer leaves for another province mid-season. Our systems answer all three. Sheets are photographed and indexed on the same day, grade cards are stored in a library that any recorder can read, and lot notes are mirrored to a second location so a single loss never erases a season.

We do not pretend that software grades produce. Hands grade produce. Our job is to make the hand written record durable, searchable and honest, and to keep the desk responsive when the season is moving faster than the paperwork.

Professional and technical services around the desk

Alongside buying and grading, we provide professional and technical services to partners who need their orchard records structured. That work ranges from a simple index of purchase sheets to a small integrated system that links a field map, a grade card library and a packing sitting register. Each engagement starts with a walk through the rows, because a system designed at a desk without seeing the orchard tends to fail at the first pick.

If your packing house or grower group wants a cleaner record without a heavy platform, the Xixian orchard desk is a sensible place to start. Write to procurement@plumrivertrade.lol or call +19898387423 and describe the field, the crop and the season you have in mind.

Talk to the desk before the window opens

The best time to speak with us is before a season window opens, when a field can still be reviewed and a packing sitting can be planned around a realistic road schedule. Buyers who arrive mid-window are still welcome, and the desk will always say plainly what can be promised and what cannot.

Reach the Xixian orchard desk by email at procurement@plumrivertrade.lol or by phone at +19898387423. The desk is staffed from Monday to Saturday, and messages received outside the working hours are answered on the next working morning.
